Everything about the earbuds and their many customizable options are great! I am a BIG fan of JBL. I have many of their products, including the sound system in my car. The earbuds hold their charge well. However, the Smart Charging Case does not hold a charge. After one day, the battery percentage is near 0. Even though the earbuds themselves show 100%. I would rate this a 5+ if JBL or Sweet Deals would replace my charging case.

Got JBL Live Buds 3 instead of the Beam 3 model, but don't really care one way or the other. The sound on videos was lagging a bit until I found a setting in the app that fixes this. I use these occasionally, and the box keeps the buds fully charged for weeks. Great product!

I heard so much about these headphones and was excited to find out what they had to offer. At first listen I was disappointed and thought about returning them. But after researching different EQ settings I was able to find some very nice sound from these.

Finally Earbuds that stay in my ear!! Absolutely amazing sound for almost 1/2 the $149.00 price new & they look & perform like new. Integration with iPhone is seamless with all settings for transparency, Noise Cancel & Spatial Sound etc available on the buds or phone. They have ACTUAL CLICK BUTTONS, that are NOT TOUCH SENSITIVE!! Inserting, removing, adjusting or even bumping touch sensitive earbuds with your shoulder can FF/RR songs, pauses, summons Siri, disconnects calls etc. Not

Nice, but sometimes the right one turns off by itself even though the battery is full, maybe there why it's open Box
