THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT PURCHASE. IT MONITORS YOUR VITALS/ LEVELS/PERCENTAGES AND YOU CAN CHECK ANY TIME YOU LIKE. YOUR SPOUSE CAN KNOW WHAT YOUR HEART RATE, BP, OXYGEN LEVEL, AND HELP WHEN YOU SICK TO KEEP TRACK OF VITALS. WAS VERY USEFUL DURING THIS PANDEMIC. ALSO HAS A PLACE FOR TRACKING STEPS/ EXERCISE DURING THE DAY.

Mine came with a black band. It looks like it comes with 3 bands or a choice of colors. It does all of the things it says but only on command and then once and stops. You can't see the heart rate continuously. When I bike, it records my heart rate during my session and then sends the results to my iPhone for me to review. It averages the heart rate for each minute, then plots it on a very small chart. Unfortunately the results don't agree with the monitor on the $10,000 bike . Very basic.

Easy to use. Looks great. Band is easy to clasp. The blood pressure and heartbeat is pretty accurate.

Long battery life. The band is difficult to put on. Print is hard to read. Notifications don't stay on long enough to read. Parts of the app are hard to read because the print is too small and in a faint color. The bar graph in the Sleep part doesn't have any units to tell how much of each type of sleep for each night.
